Enter this home to tiled entry area. Garage is to your right and a self contained Bedroom is straight ahead. This Bedroom has a Queen size bed, vanity, shower and toilet. Back to entry area, go up steps, to your left, up to living level of the home. You enter a large open area with the kitchen and large table and built in bench seating to your right. The Dining area with piano, and Living Room with gas fireplace and big screen flat panel TV is on the left. Passing through the Dining area you will notice an angled ladder/steps access to the Loft sleeping area with Full size Mattress. Directly past the ladder/steps and slightly to the right is a hallway leading to Bedroom with Two Twin size beds on your left, a bathroom with shower, and the hallway to the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed and large flat screen TV. Large Master Bathroom contains separate tub and multi-person shower. Access from Master Bedroom and living level entry area to outdoor Hot tub/spa. Water views to Point Reyes and open water.

"Beach Hacienda was a wonderful home: well equipped kitchen, large common areas - perfect for gathering, great view. We called the main office to report a couple of minor issues. After calling the main office, the head of maintenance arrived within minutes to address the issues. We appreciated the prompt and courteous service. The rental office employees were very accomodating and attentive! Overall, our stay was enjoyable and too short! We plan to return again next summer!"

"Spacious and comfortable. Nicely decorated. We had an excellent time. Weather was overcast and gray... while it was HOT inland... so though we were hoping for sunny beach time.. it was also nice to be *away* and feel like we had really been on vacation - even though we were only an hour and a half from home! the clam chowder at the little shop down by the boats-forget the name... the Crab place.. was FANTASTIC! The coastline is spectacular... drove up to Ft. Ross and it was just beautiful the entire drive. Really a great weekend. Thanks!"
