"Heron Haven" Walk Through Description

You enter this home into bright Great Room. Ahead is Living area with golf course and ocean views, gas fireplace, and TV/DVD. To the left are Dining area and large Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Door leads from Dining area out to large viewing deck. Returning to the entry, to your right is Master Bedroom Suite with King size bed, door out to deck, and large Master Bathroom with jacuzzi tub and two-person shower. Hall to the right leads to half-Bathroom and laundry room. Back to the entry, go down 7 steps to landing with door to garage, and then down 7 more steps to downstairs level. On the left is "Studio" with Queen Murphy bed, Full bathroom with tub/shower, living area with 2 sofas, gas fireplace, TV/DVD, and Kitchenette including refrigerator, sink, microwave, and toaster oven. Studio has private entry, as well as slider door out to deck with Hot Tub/Spa, and its own washer/dryer. Returning to the hall and proceeding to the right, you pass slider doors out to Hot Tub/Spa, and come to two more Bedrooms and a Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower. The Bedroom on the right has a Full size bed and computer workstation. The Bedroom on the left has a Queen size bed and door out to patio. This home has a Propane BBQ.

Holiday periods subject to a 3 or 4 night minimum. Holiday rates apply to all major Holidays, and reflect a 15% increase in rental rate. July and August stays subject to 7 night minimum when booked prior to June 1st. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates subject to 9% Hotel Tax and 2% tourism assessment. Reservations subject to $30 Processing Fee and $35 optional non-refundable damage waiver.
