"Harbour House" Walk Through Description

A flight of stairs leads to entry of home. Straight ahead, down three steps, is large open great room. Living area features sofas, gas fireplace, panoramic ocean views, TV, DVD player, CD player. Door leads from living area out to deck facing the water. To the left is dining area with large table and chairs. Three steps lead up from dining area to fully-stocked gourmet Kitchen and cozy breakfast area. Three steps lead back down to the entry. To the right of entry is staircase leading down to Bedroom level of the home. Master Bedroom features King size bed, gas fireplace, and TV. Master Bathroom features Jacuzzi Tub. Second and third Bedrooms each have a Queen size bed, TV, and private Bathroom. This home has a Gas BBQ, and is located adjacent to grassy open common area.

Reservations subject to $30 Processing Fee and $35 optional non-refundable damage waiver.
