You enter this home into a large entryway with sitting area. Proceeding up steps to your right you enter the main living level of the home. Passing a wet bar on your right, you enter the large Great Room, with large, fully equipped Kitchen with broad counter top and bar stool seating. Proceeding counter clockwise you come to the dining area and windows revealing the Golf Course and breathtaking water views. To your left there is a sliding door out to a deck. You are now in the large living room with a gas fireplace and large projection screen TV, DVD, VCR and sound equipment. To the right of the fireplace is the hall to the Master Bedroom area (stairs on your left go down to the bedroom area). The Master Bathroom with double vanity, shower and Jacuzzi tub is straight ahead. To the right of the Master Bathroom is the Master Bedroom with King size bed, TV, and sliding door out to deck. Proceeding down the stairs to the lower level, you come to a second Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV and sliding door out to patio area. Proceeding down hallway on your left you come to third Bedroom with King size bed, vanity with sink, TV, and sliding door out to patio area with Hot Tub/Spa. This Bedroom has a very large closet with a Twin size bunk bed in it. This home has a Gas BBQ.
