"Heron's Perch" Walk Through Description

You enter this artistically decorated home and to your right is half Bathroom. To your left is hall with a slider door leading out to a deck with Propane BBQ, table and chairs, and views. Continuing down the hallway, you come to the open Great Room with huge windows showcasing the fabulous views overlooking the bird sanctuary and Bay. Living area is on the left with wood-burning fireplace, TV/DVD. Straight ahead is dining area, and to the right is gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and 5-burner Viking cooktop. Returning to living area, you turn right through large doorway into den with Queen sofa bed and TV/DVD. Door leads outside where you take four steps down to patio with Hot Tub/Spa. Returning to den, you pass through French doors to Master Bedroom suite with King size bed, Twin size bed, TV/DVD, and Master Bathroom with large shower. Returning to entry, you proceed down a flight of stairs to a hall. On your left is door leading to laundry room. Down the hallway on the left is Bathroom with shower, and Bedroom with King size bed, TV/VCR, and views. Back to the hallway, straight ahead is Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV/VCR, and views. This home has a Gas BBQ.
