"Sea Breeze" Walk Through Description

You enter home through weather protected entry deck. Upon entry through the main entry door, you find yourself in a large hallway area. Straight ahead, to the left, there is an interior door to the garage with washer/dryer, a half Bathroom and entry to the Master Bedroom area with Queen size bed, and large Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and large separate shower. Slightly to the right from the entry area are steps going down to the lower level Bedroom area. To the right of the entry is the Great Room, with living room, fireplace, TV, DVD and sliding doors to deck, dining room and large, fully equipped Kitchen with wet bar. Great Room has 180 degree spectacular water views looking across and down the 1st Fairway of the Bodega Harbour Golf Links. Views are from Tomales Bluff and Pt. Reyes on the left, open water, the Bodega Rock, Bodega Head, Jetties, Doran Beach and Inner Bay. Proceeding downstairs, you come to a hallway area with a second Bedroom with a set of Bunk Beds and TV, to the right. Proceeding to your left is third Bedroom with a set of Bunk Beds, a set of Twin size beds and TV/ VCR. To the left and proceeding counter- clockwise, is fourth Bedroom with Queen size bed and TV / VCR and one-person Sofa bed. Continuing full circle, you come to large Bathroom with steam room shower. Sliding door from Bathroom leads to private patio area with Hot Tub/Spa and privacy gates that open and allow for breathtaking water views. Sea Breeze is the perfect Family home to enjoy the serenity of the Sonoma Coast. This home has a Charcoal BBQ.
