Just 14 steps to the short path to Doran Beach, this home is a beach experience just waiting to happen! Leave your lower deck and your toes will be wiggling in the sand in less than two minutes. You enter this home into a small hallway. Going down the steps you come to the living room on the right with large sectional sofa, 50" flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and fireplace. Proceeding counter clockwise you come to the dining area with fireplace. Straight ahead is the fully equipped Kitchen with cooking island. Continuing to your left you pass the washer/dryer closet and then the half Bathroom, and can view the very large, wind protected patio/deck area with gas BBQ. You next come to the first Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV and desk area. There is a door through dining area that goes to the upper deck with spiral staircase going down to the lower level deck and steps to the beach path. Going down the steps to your left on the living level, you come to the lower bedroom level. The first Bedroom has a Queen size bed and TV and the next Bedroom has a Full size bed and TV with door going out to the lower deck and outdoor Hot Tub/Spa and steps to the beach. Returning to the entry level and going up the steps you come to the Master Bedroom Loft area with King size bed; proceeding though this room you come to the Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Enjoy this home "on the Beach" at Bodega Bay! This home has a Gas BBQ.

"Just wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful time this weekend at "Absolute Beach". The homes location directly on the beach was ideal and the house itself was comfortable and well appointed. My guests truly enjoyed their stay and it was a fantastic weekend filled with lots of food, laughter and fellowship. By the way, I left my waffle iron there as our gift to the house. We had so much fun making waffles on Sunday morning and I'd love for others to have the same experience. I also left a couple games (Checkers, playing cards) for other renters to enjoy. Thanks again and I look forward to renting from you again in the future."

Holiday periods subject to a 3 or 4 night minimum. Holiday rates apply to all major Holidays, and reflect a 15% increase in rental rate. July and August stays subject to 7 night minimum when booked prior to June 1st. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates subject to 9% Hotel Tax and 2% tourism assessment. Reservations subject to $30 Processing Fee and $35 optional non-refundable damage waiver.
