Enter home through courtyard. To the right is Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV, and its own private entrance. To the left of this Bedroom is Full Bathroom with shower, and then a hall which leads to Game Room/Sleeping Den. Den includes Queen size sofa bed, Foosball table, and Home Theater System. Returning to entry, proceed up a winding flight of stairs. Straight ahead, at the top of the stairs, is Master Bedroom Suite with King size bed, TV, and spacious Master Bathroom with separate tub and shower. Door leads from Master Bedroom to large back patio with Hot Tub/Spa, Heat Lamp, Gas BBQ, and plenty of seating. Left of the Master Suite is Dining Area, which is open to the large Kitchen and Living Area. Doors lead from the Dining Area to back patio. Living Area features leather sofas and chairs, home theater system, wood burning Fireplace, and panoramic ocean views. Door leads out to front deck perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Proceeding right through the Living Area, you come to a hall with washer/dryer closet on the left, and a Full Bathroom with tub/shower. At the end of the hall is the third Bedroom with California King size bed and TV.
