"Whispering Surf" Walk Through Description

Enter into open Great Room with outstanding water views. To the right is dining area with Gas Fireplace. Straight ahead is Living area with TV, DVD, and CD player. To the left is fully-stocked kitchen. Slider door leads to large deck with chairs and BBQ. Proceeding to the left from the entry is a hallway; Bathroom with Shower is on the left. The hall opens up into Game Room with Pool Table and TV. Slider door leads out to deck. A flight of stairs leads down to the Bedroom level of the home. On the left is a Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV, DVD, and private Bathroom with Tub/Shower. Slider door leads out to deck with Hot Tub/Spa. Continuing down the hall, on the left is Bathroom with Tub/Shower, and then a Bedroom with Queen size bed and TV/DVD. At the end of hall is Bedroom with Full size bed, 2 Twin size beds, TV, and slider door to Hot Tub area. This home has a Propane BBQ.

Holiday periods subject to a 3 or 4 night minimum. Holiday rates apply to all major Holidays, and reflect a 15% increase in rental rate. July and August stays subject to 7 night minimum when booked prior to June 1st. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates subject to 9% Hotel Tax and 2% tourism assessment. Reservations subject to $30 Processing Fee and $35 optional non-refundable damage waiver.
