- Holiday periods subject to a 3 or 4 night minimum. Holiday rates apply to all major Holidays.
- July and August stays subject to 7 night minimum when booked prior to June 1st.

All homes are completely furnished and equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, TV/DVDs, cable, firewood, and barbecue. Bodega Harbour homes are within walking distance to the Clubhouse, Restaurant, Golf, and Doran Beach.
Trip Cancellation Insurance
Cancellation insurance can protect you and your family from expenses you may incur due to illness, injuries, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. For your convenience and protection we have added the cost of a travel protection plan covering the amount of your rent. For additional information, please call: CSA Travel Protection at 866-999-4018 (group plan code CSA320) or see www.vacationrentalinsurance.com. The plan is optional, therefore, to decline coverage simply deduct the premium from your final payment. This plan is available to residents of the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom only.

If you purchase a CSA Travel Protection Plan and are not completely satisfied, simply return your Certificate of Insurance to Bodega Bay & Beyond within 10 days of receipt. Include a letter indicating your desire to cancel. If you haven't already left on your trip, you will receive a full refund of the premium. It's that simple! - Hotline Services
CSA's 24-hour Emergency Hotline provides you with immediate assistance for medical referral, emergency cash and emergency medical transportation. - Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption
Pays for non-refundable payments and certain extra costs if your trip must be canceled or interrupted for unforeseen injury, sickness, death and various specific perils. - Travel Delay Coverage
Provides coverage if you are delayed from your trip for more than 12 hours due to a covered reason at the beginning or during the course of your trip. (Certain limitations apply.) - Coverages Available
